Our products
If our products do not meet your needs or live up to your professional expectations,
you may return them within five days for a full refund.
our workshops
If any of our programs and seminars do not meet your needs or live up to your professional expectations, notify the
seminar leader by the end of the first day of the program, return all materials, and
we will gladly refund
the tuition portion of your registration fee.

If the registration fee includes meals and lodging,
you may also be refunded portions of unused meals and lodging,
depending upon the hotel's policy.

All cancellations must be made in writing - either by mail, e-mail, or fax.

All payments must be received prior to the start of the
seminar.

Credit card payments require confirmation of
satisfaction during the seminar.

If cancelled 5 calendar days, or later, prior to the start date or for no-shows - NO REFUND

If cancelled 6-30 calendar days prior to the start date - 50 % of the seminar fee will be non-refundable.

If cancelled prior to 30 calendar days to the start date - A full refund will be issued.

You are welcome to substitute if you cannot attend, but please notify in advance.
our WEBinars
Because we cannot remove registrations from our WEBinar
system, WEBinar paid registrations for live events cannot normally be
cancelled and are non-refundable, detailed as follows:

On Demand WEBinar registrations may be cancelled up
until 5 days before the WEBinar date.

Live or combined Live/On Demand WEBinars cannot be
cancelled for no-shows.

Substitutions are permitted for live WEBinars
provided they originate from a PC with the same registration email
address.

Refunds will not ordinarily be granted due to improperly
prepared PCs. It is your responsibility to follow the
instructions and have the correct version of Flash, proper access
through firewalls, and have email spam blockers removed for our
emails.

If the WEBinar does not meet your professional
expectations, or you have irresolvable audio or PC performance
problems on properly conditioned PCs, after logging into the
WEBinar, your registration fee for the live portion will be
refunded.
